JOB REQUIREMENTS: The purpose of this Community Communications

Specialist position is to assist the Wausau Police Department and the City of Wausau with strengthening its relationship to the community through the use of original, internally-produced video content. In addition to informing and educating the public about city activities and staff, the video content also serves to enhance recruiting efforts and promote positive interactions in general. This position may also assist the city by producing video content designed to enhance the training of city staff. The specific critical services served or supported by the Community Communications Specialist position are primarily video production, interviewing and editing.
