AX Compensation Lawyers is kicking off a bold new video-driven campaign, and we’re looking for a creative videographer/editor to bring it to life. This is a full-time, hands-on role ideal for someone who’s got skills, a strong eye for content, and is ready to grow with a fresh brand doing things differently.

You’ll be filming and editing videos designed to capture attention (and entertain), not just tick marketing boxes. The vibe is more social-first, less suits-and-scripts. You’ll be part of a startup project where your creativity will help shape our direction.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Shooting and editing short-form video content for social media

• Helping brainstorm and plan out creative video ideas

• Shooting everything from interviews to street-style content and fun promos

• Editing using Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve

• Supporting other creative and marketing activities as needed

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has a reel or portfolio that shows off strong editing and videography skills

• Knows their way around Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve

• Understands what makes content work on Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

• Can shoot with confidence and edit with pace and style

• Wants to be part of a fast-moving, creative project from the ground up

This is an ideal role for someone early in their career or with some experience looking for full-time stability, creative input, and the chance to build something meaningful.
