We’re on the hunt for a content creator who gets it.
You’re the kind of person who can turn a simple idea into something that stops the scroll. Someone who knows how to bring a brand to life across every touchpoint — social tiles, viral-style reels, slick web banners, flyers people actually keep, and videos that feel more like stories than ads.
We don’t want someone who just makes things look good. We want someone who makes things work.
You’ll be our go-to creative — taking ideas and turning them into high-performing, on-brand content that connects. We’re talking videos, ads, graphics, flyers, campaign visuals, and everything in between. You’ll be fast, sharp, and always on-brand.
You need to be able to shoot content on the fly, edit it like a pro (capcut/premier) , and know your way around Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. If you’re the person who notices bad kerning, gets excited about lighting, or tweaks transitions until they feel just right, we’re already fans.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Creating bold, engaging content — socials, web graphics, flyers, ads, and more

Shooting and editing videos for campaigns, socials, paid ads, and websites (iPhones and pro gear like Sony A7S III)

Working with the Head of Marketing to bring creative campaigns to life

Keeping our visual identity tight — fresh, consistent, and on point

Turning briefs into polished, scroll-worthy assets, fast
Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in:

Facebook, TikTok or Pinterest ad content

Print design (flyers, newspaper ads, etc.)

Motion graphics, animation, or product photography
-
Ad performance insights or A/B creative testing
You’ll absolutely thrive here if:

You design with impact — not just aesthetics

You’re comfortable creating high-volume content without cutting corners

You’re resourceful, open to feedback, and full of new ideas

You’re always watching trends and love playing with new formats

You obsess over the details — layout, tone, timing, typography

You’re fast, organised, and own your output like a pro
This is a design-heavy role, but not a narrow one. You won’t be boxed in, you’ll touch every part of our brand, from digital to physical. If you’re a builder at heart who wants to make content that actually moves people, let’s talk.
