Job Position(s): Graphics Designer (Video Editor specialist)
Create Visual Assets :
Design engaging and visually appealing graphics for a variety of platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, brochures, banners, infographics, and print materials.
Branding & Identity :
Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity, maintaining a cohesive and professional image across all platforms.
Collaboration with Teams :
Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions that align with overall business objectives and messaging.
Concept Development :
Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and visual direction for new projects, offering creative solutions based on project goals.
Digital & Print Design :
Design both digital and print-ready files, ensuring that designs are optimized for various media and print specifications.
Photo / Video Editing & Retouching :
Edit and retouch photos, videos, illustrations, and other visual elements to ensure high-quality images and videos are incorporated into designs.
Feedback and Revisions :
Actively participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholders. Manage revisions and ensure timely delivery of final design files.
Maintain Design Files :
Organize and maintain design files in an accessible manner, ensuring all design assets are up-to-date and easily accessible for team use.
Stay Current with Design Trends :
Continuously explore new design trends, techniques, and tools to keep the company’s visual content fresh, modern, and innovative.
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Video Production, or related field.
3+ years of solid experience in graphic design and video editing.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro).
Experience with motion graphics and animation (e.g., Adobe After effects, Blender, or similar tools)
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding.
Excellent storytelling skills with a keen eye for visual detail.
Can create and edit videos from scratch.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
With strong passion and commitment in long term goals.
Amenable to work in Pacific Time Hours.
