Job Description:

As a Photographer & Videographer at Rovo, you will play a key role in producing high-quality digital content that showcases our garments, production processes, and brand identity across our three business units: Rovo, Index, and Assembly. You will be responsible for capturing and editing photographs and videos, managing studio sessions, and building a strong visual archive that supports our communication and marketing strategies. Your creativity, technical expertise, and understanding of digital content trends will be essential to enhance our brand presence across multiple platforms.Content Creation

  • Capture professional photographs and videos of garments, accessories, and production environments.
  • Organize, set up, and manage photo and video shoots in the studio and on location, ensuring all equipment is prepared and functional.
  • Edit photos and videos to create polished, engaging content for digital platforms, including websites and social media.
  • Maintain a well-organized digital archive of visual assets for internal and external use.
     

Content Strategy Alignment

  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing & Sales to ensure all visual content aligns with the brand’s communication strategy.
  • Adapt visual content based on platform-specific requirements (e.g., website, Instagram, TikTok).
     

Studio and Equipment Management

  • Oversee the maintenance of photography and videography equipment.
  • Ensure studio spaces are organized, functional, and ready for regular shoots.

Must-Have

  • Proven experience in product photography and videography.
  • Proficiency with photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Experience organizing and executing studio and location-based shoots.
  • Strong knowledge of digital content trends across platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
  • Ability to produce high-quality content optimized for websites and digital channels.
  • Keen attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently, manage projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver’s license, with the ability to travel to different shoot locations as needed.
