Full-Time Videographer, Editor & Social Media Coordinator – Oasis Dental (Gold Coast-Based)

We’re Oasis Dental, a growing network of premium dental studios known for reimagining the dental experience—through beautiful spaces, world-class clinicians, and a fresh, people-first approach to care.

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a creative all-rounder who can capture the essence of our brand on video and bring it to life across our social platforms.

We’re hiring a full-time Videographer, Editor & Social Media Coordinator to help us shape how Oasis Dental shows up online—from planning and executing shoots across our Gold Coast studios, to creating and posting engaging short-form content across TikTok, Instagram, and more.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content for web and social (think patient stories, behind-the-scenes, studio tours, team culture, and more)
• Creating engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Coordinating and executing content shoots across multiple Oasis Dental locations
• Managing and scheduling content across our social media channels
• Monitoring social engagement and helping grow our online community
• Working alongside our marketing team to align content with our brand voice and campaigns

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

• Are a confident shooter and editor (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci – your choice)
• Know what it takes to make content that stops the scroll and actually connects
• Are comfortable working with people on-camera, especially in clinical or professional settings
• Have experience managing brand social media accounts
• Are proactive, organised, and love taking ownership of creative projects
• Bonus: You’ve worked in health, beauty, lifestyle or wellness industries—or just really get how to make a premium brand feel human and relatable online
