Job Responsibilities:

Plan, film, and edit short video content for the group’s brands (retail, F&B, entertainment venues).

Create platform-specific content (for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Xiaohongshu, etc.) tailored to bilingual audiences, focusing on high-engagement “viral” videos.

Develop creative scripts, set designs, and produce multi-style videos independently or collaboratively.

Analyze performance metrics regularly to optimize content strategy and boost account visibility and user interaction.

Requirements:

Submit a portfolio of personal/commercial work and examples of managed social media accounts (followers count not mandatory, but must demonstrate creative logic).

Proficient in content guidelines and algorithms of at least one major short video platform; understand local user preferences in Singapore.

Skilled in basic editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.) with expertise in camera movement, lighting, and set design.

Candidate must possess at least 1-2 years of commercial shooting experience

On-site interview includes a practical test: filming and editing a video based on an assigned theme
