Introduction

Our client is looking for a talented and creative Videographer/Photographer to join their in-house team and help them bring their brand to life through compelling video and imagery. In this hybrid role, you will focus primarily on video content (70%), while also supporting photography needs (30%).

You will be responsible for pre-production, filming, and post-production of engaging social media and marketing videos, as well as capturing quality stills for digital and print. This includes creating storyboards with the content team, managing monthly content shoots, and editing for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements:

 

•             Proven experience as a videographer and photographer, with a strong showreel and portfolio.

•             Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) and photo editing tools 

              (Photoshop, Lightroom).

•             Strong understanding of social media formats and trends—especially for Facebook, Instagram,

               and TikTok.

•             Experience with studio and location shoots, lighting, and sound.

•             Strong project and time management skills.

•             Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed for events or shoots.

•             Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.

•             Creative thinker.

Video Production

•             Plan and produce video content from storyboard to final edit.

•             Work with the content and marketing team on monthly content calendars and campaigns.

•             Edit engaging video clips tailored to different platforms.

•             Manage video file organisation and backups.

 

Photography

•             Capture high-quality product images for the monthly catalogue and digital channels.

•             Cover internal and external events with impactful photography.

•             Retouch and process images to align with brand guidelines.

 

Post-Production & File Management

•             Edit videos with attention to pace, music, sound, transitions, and tone.

•             Maintain a well-organised digital library of both video and photo assets.

 

Brand Support

•             Assist with creating visual assets for large format print, internal campaigns, and other brand 

              materials.

•             Ensure all visual content supports the overall marketing and brand strategy.
