Location: Irvine, CA – Hybrid Required

Salary Range: $35-$45

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a highly skilled Motion Designer/Video Editor who is fluent in After Effects and Adobe Premiere. Familiarity with Cinema 4D is a strong plus. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and has experience creating compelling, high-quality content – ideally in the healthcare/pharma space.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere.
• Strong sense of typography, design, timing, and storytelling.
• Ability to adapt to multiple brand styles and adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Comfortable taking feedback and making revisions quickly and accurately.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Cinema 4D or other 3D software.
• Experience in the healthcare/pharma space.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design and animate motion graphics for video content, digital campaigns, and social media.
• Edit video content from assembly to final delivery, maintaining brand and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with creative directors, copywriters, and account teams to ensure visuals align with strategy and storytelling goals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Help conceptualize visual treatments and pitch new ideas for campaigns.
• Maintain and organize project files, assets, and templates.
• Stay current with industry trends, animation techniques, and new tools.
