This is a part-time role (up to 20 hours/week) with the exciting potential to grow into a full-time position in the future. After your induction and training period, there will be flexibility to work from home and in the office—the best of both worlds! What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll work closely with our Office Manager to keep the wheels turning smoothly behind the scenes. Key tasks include: -Answering customer queries via phone and email -Creating and scheduling jobs -Uploading supplier documents and checking statements -Assisting with site documentation -Updating and managing our social media accounts -General admin support across day-to-day plumbing operations We’re Looking For Someone Who: -Is computer savvy and a fast learner with new software -Communicates clearly and confidently (both written and spoken English) -Has strong organisational and time management skills -Feels confident speaking with customers on the phone -Can juggle multiple tasks while staying cool under pressure You’ll Thrive In This Role If You: -Enjoy working in a social, down-to-earth team -Are self-motivated and able to work independently -Have a solutions-focused mindset and can adapt quickly -Love bringing energy, initiative, and good vibes to work each day
