Senior Videographer & Video Editor

Maven Potter is looking for a creative, self-starting leader and team player with a knack for creative video editing and production skills. He/She must understand the requirements of online publishing and work well under pressure to deliver quality work. A sense of humour and good tolerance for occasional insanity are highly desired attributes.
As the Senior Videographer & Video Editor, your work covers three broad areas: pre-production, production, and post-production.
1) Pre-production
Provide research support to Executive Producer based on briefs given.
Creatively storyboard and provide treatment recommendations within the limits of the resources provided.
Provide production advisory based on site recce.
Put together necessary production documents (production schedule, production notes, production checklist, shot list etc.).
Take charge of technical preparations and equipment pre-testing for various production requirements.
2) Production
Oversee all technical and creative aspects to ensure smooth production and seamless post-production delivery.
Create the required lighting environment for production shoots.
Skilfully capture different cinematography outcomes.
Creatively capture required cutaways.
Provide directions to capture best audio outcomes.
Handle a variety of production equipment.
Maintain keen attention to all production set details, ensuring quality control and seamless execution.
Provide clear video outcomes to video editors.
Provide post-production advisory in consultation with producer/AP.
Look for the right supporting content to create desired post-production outcomes (e.g., audio files, visuals, special effects etc.).
Communicate required visual imagery to graphic designer (in support of video outcomes) when needed.
Perform routine maintenance for equipment.
Demonstrate competence in either Premiere Pro or Davinci Resolve, and other video editing applications.
Able to work under tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects concurrently while adapting to varying production schedules and environments.
Able to travel for overseas production works when required.
Minimum 3 to 4 years of production experience, managing videography and video-editing works.
