We’re looking for a talented and motivated Videographer & Content Producer to join our in-house team. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the creative output across a group of exciting and fast-growing Australian brands—ranging from automotive to logistics, safety tech, YouTube and beyond.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Creative Director and brand teams to develop and deliver high-quality, engaging video content across social media, websites, marketing campaigns, YouTube and more. If you’re proactive, organised, and passionate about creating meaningful and visually compelling content, this could be the perfect role for you.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for end-to-end content creation—from concept and filming through to editing and publishing. You’ll be expected to manage multiple projects at once across a diverse brand portfolio, maintaining a consistent quality of output while tailoring the tone and style to suit each audience.
This is a hands-on creative role that will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of their work. You’ll have the support of a Creative Director with a clear vision and high production standards, and access to equipment, studio space, and resources to bring ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, film, and edit high-quality video content across a variety of formats (short-form, long-form, branded, social)
• Publish content across channels including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop creative briefs and deliver projects on time
• Maintain consistency in messaging and visual identity across all brands
• Assist with content strategy and campaign development
• Stay up-to-date with trends in video, content marketing, and social platforms
Skills & Experience
• Preferably 2+ years of experience in videography and editing in a commercial or brand environment – but if your showreel is hot, apply!
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar)
• Experience with After Effects / Blender and VFX and motion graphics is a bonus – with an appetite to learn
• Demonstrated ability to produce engaging, platform-appropriate content
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
Why Join Us?
• Work across a variety of exciting brands (old, new and upcoming) under one dynamic group
• Be part of a supportive creative team with strong leadership and vision
• Access to high-quality equipment, sites and studio facilities
• Flexible working environment
• Onsite parking, snacks, and regular team events
• Good vibes!
