Well Life Services is on a mission to educate, inspire, and engage the community through innovative and impactful video content. We need a talented Content Creator & Videographer to bring this vision to life.

Your mission & responsibilities

Based in Toowoomba, you’ll produce engaging, high-quality video & digital content that showcases the incredible impact of Well Life Services. Your work will be seen across social media, websites, internal communications, training, and marketing campaigns.

This includes: 

  • Content Creation & Production: Filming, editing & producing compelling video and static content for social media, websites, internal communications, training & marketing campaigns.  
  • Storytelling & Brand Alignment: Showcasing impactful stories through client & staff testimonials, community projects & promotional materials.  
  • Strategy & Collaboration: Working closely with the Marketing Team to develop creative concepts that drive audience engagement across various platforms.  
  • Editing & Technical Expertise: Using professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Canva, Clip Champ) to ensure content is visually compelling & meets brand & accessibility standards.  
  • Platform Optimisation: Keeping up with digital trends, & best practices to tailor content for organic & paid campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube.  
  • Project & Equipment Management: Overseeing video production logistics, maintaining equipment & ensuring efficient project delivery within deadlines.  
  • Performance Evaluation: Analysing content effectiveness using data-driven insights to refine strategies & maximise engagement.  
  • General Support: Assisting the Corporate Services Team as needed & preparing monthly reports and for the Corporate Services Manager & Executive Team contributing to overall efficiency and success, as well as providing collaborative input to streamline efficiencies.

About you:

  • Tech savvy, creative, innovative, fun and passionate about storytelling. 
  • Highly organised, able to juggle multiple projects with strong attention to detail. 
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously. 
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Team-oriented, with a collaborative mindset. 

The must haves:

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Film, Media Production, or related field. 
  • Proven experience as a Videographer, Content Creator, or Digital Media Producer. 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or equivalent. 
  • Strong understanding of lighting, composition & audio recording. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects & meet deadlines. 
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Valid Working with Children Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check. 
  • Current Queensland Driver’s Licence. 

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with motion graphics, animation & graphic design.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards & copyright laws.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics & content performance metrics.
  • A passion for storytelling & creative innovation.
