# WE ARE HIRING VIDEO EDITORS FOR A NEW PROJECT!

## About the Role

We’re seeking 3 dedicated video editors to join our team for an exciting new project. This is a commission-based position with potential for growth and promotion based on your performance.

## What You’ll Be Editing

As a video editor, you’ll be working on two types of content:

### 1. UGC FACELESS

– We’ll provide details, requirements, script, voice-over, and important visuals

– You’ll be responsible for researching and adding supplementary visuals

– Must be able to source and incorporate fitting visuals independently

### 2. CLIPPING

– We’ll provide long-form content and detailed requirements

– You’ll transform this into engaging short-form reels

## Compensation Structure

– Payment is directly tied to performance: $1-2 per thousand views

– Potential to edit 2-3 reels daily

– Target: 5+ million views monthly

## The Process

– Every Sunday, you’ll receive details about the week’s projects (UGC or CLIPPING)

– All necessary resources and requirements will be provided

– You’ll process 3-4 reels per day

– Content will be uploaded to our Instagram

– Client verification process ensures quality standards

– Once approved, payment is processed within 48 hours

## Requirements

– Ability to edit at least 2 videos daily

– Strong communication skills

– Self-motivated and disciplined

– 5+ hours daily availability

– Fluent in English and Dutch

– Team player with a success-driven mindset

## DO NOT APPLY IF:

– You cannot commit to editing at least 2 videos daily

– You struggle with team communication

– You have a history of short-term commitments (less than two weeks)

– You lack confidence in your editing abilities
