Live Film Shoots: Direct and capture high-quality footage, ensuring every shot tells a story. Model Selection and Coaching: Select and guide models to deliver outstanding performances that resonate with audiences. Script Writing: Develop creative and persuasive scripts that make videos pop and connect with viewers. Collaborate with Creative Teams: Work closely with designers, writers, and marketers to align video content with campaign goals. Editing for Maximum Impact: Add dynamic transitions, motion graphics, captions, and sound to bring videos to life. Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor social media trends to create fresh, relevant, and engaging content. What We’re Looking For: Experience: 3+ years in video production, especially for social media content, with a portfolio showcasing your best work. Creative Vision: A knack for storytelling and an understanding of what captures attention online. Technical Skills: Proficiency in DSLR cameras (Canon/Sony), Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and graphic design tools. Model Direction: Ability to coach models for on-screen success. Social Media Expertise: Familiarity with platform-specific video requirements and audience preferences. Language Skills: Strong communication in Vietnamese, with English fluency as a plus.
