You will also be effective at communicating regularly with stakeholders on the progress of productions and keep a log of activities. The role is hierarchically situated in our Learning & Development/Training organization, part of Acronis Academy. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: – Capture studio-quality photographs and video – Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing – Work with our creative teammates – Regularly collaborate with marketing team – Follow the company’s brand guidelines – Present to senior management – Meet with clients to establish the desired feel and look for the video to be created – Gather and transfer all forms of media into editing software and ensure each was updated in the correct format – Operate computer editing systems and equipment used for video media and effects – Establish a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the video’s creation – Create an initial proposed storyboard draft of the video to present to clients and receive approval before beginning to digitally alter video – Improve video and sound quality using various video software – Edit video to include preselected music, interviews, sound clips and other important aspects of the project – Ensure the correct formatting and presentation for finalized videos according to client’s specifications **SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**: – 2+ years of experience with video or graphic editing in IT or Training industry – Professional mastery of video and audio editing software and programs (Camtasia a plus) – Creative experience in filmmaking and videography and education domain – Sales skills would be considered as a plus – Experience editing various video projects and inserting sound effects, music and transitions – Proficient in creating concept boards and other visual representations of planned edits for video projects – Ability to understand the desired outcome of a project when meeting with clients and the ability to bring them to life – Ability to collaborate well with other creative professionals to supply clients with top-notch finalized products – Ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously – Ability to work on a number of projects concurrently and priorities own workload – Ability to define work tasks, ensuring clear briefs for project team members – An understanding of a media production process – Good planning and workflow management skills – Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail – Excellent face-to-face and written communication skills – A professional, dynamic and positive attitude – Effective inter-personal skills – Genuine and enthusiastic interest in eLearning – Fluent English **WHO WE ARE** Founded in Singapore in 2003 and incorporated in Switzerland in 2008, Acronis now has more than 2,000 employees and offices in 34 locations worldwide.
