Job Overview:
We’re on the lookout for a passionate entry to mid-level Graphic Designer & Video Editor to bring fresh energy and bold creativity to our marketing team! If you love turning ideas into eye-catching visuals, obsess over packaging details, and shooting and editing videos, this role is made for you. You’ll collaborate with a friendly, creative team that values great ideas and clear communication. It’s a fast-paced environment where your work will directly support exciting campaigns and product launches—so there’s always something new to dive into. Key Responsibilities: Ø Design visually impactful marketing materials, including social media graphics, website banners, email campaigns, print collateral, and product packaging. Ø Develop motion graphics, video advertisements, and promotional content for digital platforms as needed. Ø Edit video content for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling. Ø Collaborate with the marketing and E-commerce team to develop creative concepts for for campaigns and product promotions. Ø Ensure all designs and video content follow the brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency. Ø Manage multiple graphic design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Ø Source and edit stock footage, audio, and graphics as required. Ø Stay up to date with design trends, video editing techniques, and emerging digital tools. Requirements: Ø Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, 3D or 2D). Ø Proven experience as a Graphic Designer supported with strong portfolio showcasing design tailored to Herbaland Naturals Inc. showing your brand awareness. Ø Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition. Ø Ability to create storyboards, motion graphics, and animated content. Ø Excellent time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Ø Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams. Ø Familiarity with social media platforms and their visual content requirements. Ø This is a full time Monday – Friday 8hrs.day position. Travel is expected to in town locations for content required to set up our social media, commercials, etc. Nice-to-Have: Ø Familiarity with photography, video production and editing equipment and techniques with a strong desire to learn these techniques.
