Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Video Editor to lead and deliver high-quality marketing video projects with a strong focus on editing and post-production. This role is remote-friendly, with occasional opportunities for in-studio production support if the candidate is local to Baltimore, MD.

The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for storytelling, technical expertise, and experience creating marketing-driven content designed to drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging final products optimized for conversions
• Create video content for social media, websites, and email campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align video content with branding and campaign goals
• Incorporate music, dialogues, graphics, and effects to enhance storytelling
• Stay updated on new editing technologies and industry best practices
• Optional for local candidates: Assist with in-studio production and on-site shoots when needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in video editing or production
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and DaVinci Resolve
• Strong storytelling skills with a portfolio showcasing marketing-driven projects
• Knowledge of motion graphics and 2D animation is a plus
• Experience creating content designed to drive conversions
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Direct response marketing experience is a plus

Work Environment

This role is remote-friendly. Candidates located near Baltimore, MD may occasionally be asked to assist with in-studio production, but this is not required.

Compensation

Annual Salary: $80,000-$90,000
