Hybrid Videographer / Photographer

We are a media production agency specialising in videography, photography, editing and design for big impact ONLINE. Our team is growing in 2025 so we are on the hunt for our newest Hybrid Creator! 

No two days are the same, you will be helping our clients to create promotional videos and stills, online ads, tutorials, event recap videos / photography, Instagram reels, explainers, E-commerce, testimonials, product shoots, fashion….and so much more!

We work with awesome clients who are a lot of fun and we want you to bring your personality and creativity to the party.

Some things you will need:

• At least 3yrs experience as a Photographer / Videographer / Editor

• Your own car and unrestricted drivers license

• You’re a camera guru who knows their way around a mirrorless camera

• You know when broadcast quality is needed and when run-and-gun is called for

• Your editing skills include colour correction, music selection, sound design, creative editing and strong storytelling

• Have experience in Final Cut Pro

• Have experience in Motion Graphics / Animation using Adobe After Effects

• You have impeccable attention to detail

• You’ve got a good eye for lighting with the ability to get great results in both natural and studio lighting

• Solid sound recording capabilities

• You’re a great photographer that can capture images in staged and candid settings

• You keep up with social media, are quick to jump on new trends, and are always looking for ways to make your content stand out

• You know how to take feedback onboard and quickly adapt to changing needs

• You’re a confident communicator, well-presented and able to command a room

• Liaise with our clients to build rapport and make them feel at ease, enabling you to capture the best version of them on camera

• You can work to deadlines to meet project needs

• Happy to travel for the role where required
