We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Content Production Assistant to support our content and social media efforts. In this role, you will assist in content creation, scheduling, and production tasks, ensuring high-quality digital assets for our online platforms. This position is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience in a content production environment who is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic team.

ROLE:

Content Production Support

Assist in photo and video shoots, including setup, props, casting direction, and basic editing.
Help create and edit multimedia content (images, videos, graphics) for social media and other platforms.
Organize and maintain the content library (photos, videos, templates, etc.).
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and is properly formatted for different channels.
Social Media Support

Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.
Respond to comments/messages, and engage with the audience.
Write engaging post descriptions, stories and creative briefings for content creation.
Assist in managing affiliate and influencer content.
QUALIFICATIONS:

1-2 years of experience in a content production related role (required).
Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Basic knowledge of content creation tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar (required).
Experience using social media scheduling tools like Swonkie and Meta Business Suite (preferred).
Fluent in Portuguese and independent in English (required).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset and willingness to learn.
Interest in social media trends and content creation.
Real team-player.
Good organizational skills.
Autonomous, proactive and responsible.
