Your New Role:
 

This is an entry level coordinator role that supports all aspects of the Sports Studio operation. This role reports to the Sports Studio Sr. Production Manager.

This role requires acute attention to detail, as well as a thorough communication skills.

This role also requires working weekends and late nights

Your Role Accountabilities:

LIVE/TAPED PRODUCTIONS –

  • Support show day needs:
    • Sourcing any quick turnaround props for skits and bit.
    • Managing runner team, overseeing catering delivery, etc
    • Taking detailed notes of any problems throughout the show to send to the rest of production operations team

COLLABORATION & COMMUNICATION –

  • Work with Production team to finalize calendars and schedules
  • Communicate any updates and changes to production ops, tech ops, and crewing
  • Distribute daily production schedules and crew information

OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES –

  • Manage catering operation
  • Work with Finance to reconcile department credit cards

Qualifications & Experiences:

Not Required but preferred experience:

  • 1 – 2 years of Production Coordinator, PA, and Runner experience
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft Suite
  • Great attention to detail and a problem solving mindset
