Videographer– Glenvill Developments

The Glenvill Group comprises three individual yet complementary businesses, each with a specific area of focus within the property and construction industry, Projects, Homes and Developments. 

This role sits within the Developments team, delivering life enriching multi-residential communities in Melbourne and Queensland. This is an amazing opportunity for a mature minded, well presented individual to join our amazing team. 
 

Bringing your years of strong videographer / content producing experience, your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

  • Work with the business to understand the overall marketing and sales objectives, and how video can assist in driving these;
  • Plan and shoot video & photography for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube including testimonials.
  • Craft social media content creation  to support internal marketing
  • Work with the sales team to create personalised construction updates on-site & general updates of new project launches, incentives etc.
  • Under direction, shoot & produce ads that can be used across multiple multimedia platforms, including pay-tv & social media
  • Edit video footage to create compelling and engaging content that meets the Marketing teams brief
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure they are delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest video and property industry trends, and provide insights to the team
     

Requirements:

We anticipate that you will already possess strong practical experience with Content Creation, Videography and across the Multi-media arena. You must possess a high level of experience across a range of multimedia software packages including Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, Video editing, Social Media and will bring with you a portfolio of digital work and the following attributes:

  • Currently studying or completed a Media, Communications &/or Multimedia qualification
  • Industry based learning students will be considered
  • Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite 
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts
  • Experience with B2B & B2C social media and content generation
  • Website Content Marketing
  • At least 3 years’ experience in video production, including experience in a corporate, B2B context;
  • Proficient in video editing  software for social & professional content(Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar);
  • Ability to work well with teams, prioritise and multi-task multiple projects simultaneously 
  • A creative, can-do attitude and able to take direction and workshop storyboards
