What you’ll be doing

• Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing team to understand the creative direction and craft visually compelling video content
• Capture and produce high-quality video footage for multimedia needs, i.e. promotional branding, social media campaigns, TVC etc.
• Edit and produce compelling video content in Mandarin and English, adapting and localizing it to resonate with each regional audience while ensuring cultural relevance
• Ensure all video deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and align with brand guidelines
• Provide feedback and suggestions to the production team to continually improve the video creation process
• Manage the video assets library and maintain a well-organised post-production workflow

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of video editing experience, preferably in beauty, wellness, or e-commerce. Kindly provide portfolio (PDF and/or website link is accepted)
• Knowledge of camera operations, equipment, and lighting setups, with the ability to support the content and live streaming teams when necessary.
• Proficiency in Capcut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Aesthetic sense for beauty & wellness content (bonus: motion graphics & animation!)
• Familiarity with e-commerce & social media video trends
• Fluent in Mandarin & English to collaborate with teams & localize content effectively
• Ability to work under deadlines, multitask & deliver engaging, high-quality videos
• Fresh Grads / Interns are welcome to apply!
