*Job Summary:*The Overhead Crane Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of overhead crane projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves coordinating with clients, engineers, vendors, and field teams to ensure successful project delivery while adhering to safety regulations and industry standards.*Key Responsibilities**Project Planning & Execution:** Simultaneously manage multiple overhead crane projects from inception to completion.* Use NetSuite Projects to plan and execute projects as per established procedures/protocols.* Identify project requirements and scope, ensuring alignment with customer needs.* Coordinate with sales, engineering, manufacturing, and field service teams.*Client & Stakeholder Communication:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.* Provide customers with regular updates on project progress, timelines, and potential risks.* Report and escalate to management as needed.* Conduct site visits and client meetings as necessary.*Resource & Team Management:** Assign tasks and oversee the work of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.* Ensure appropriate manpower, materials, and equipment are allocated and scheduled for project execution.*Safety & Compliance:** Ensure all projects comply with CSA, CMAA, and other relevant safety and regulatory standards.* Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols on project sites.* Work closely with safety personnel to maintain a hazard-free work environment.*Financial & Risk Management:** Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial performance.* Identify and mitigate project risks that could impact schedule, quality, or cost.*Quality Control & Documentation:** Ensure projects meet quality standards and customer specifications.* Maintain accurate records of project activities, documentation, and reports.* Conduct post-project evaluations and recommend process improvements.*Required Skills & Qualifications:**Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required.* PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.*Experience:** Experience working in or with industrial manufacturing facilities.* 2 years of experience in project management is preferred.*Technical Skills:** Proficiency in software systems (e.g., NetSuite, Project Management Systems)* Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems related to overhead cranes.* Familiarity with crane regulations, safety standards, and load handling.*Soft Skills:** Strong leadership and ability to make decisions based on facts and data.* Tenacity and drive to do whatever it takes to get the job done right.* Excellent planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.* Ability to cope with sudden change.* Manage deadlines.* Strong attention to detail, very organized.* Own your area of responsibility.* Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial performance.* Identify and mitigate project risks that could impact schedule, quality, or cost.*Work Environment** Combination of office and field work, including site visits.* Requires lifting, climbing, and working at heights.* Exposure to industrial environments requiring PPE compliance.Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:* Bonus payBenefits:* Company car* Dental care* Extended health care* Paid time off* Profit sharing* RRSP match* Vision careSchedule:* Monday to FridayWork Location: In person
