For more information about Advocis visit our website at www.advocis.ca.Reporting to the VP, Innovation and IT, the _*Project Manager*_ will be responsible for the success of projects involving a variety of products, programs and services for Advocis and its subsidiaries and partners. Important aspects of this function are tracking, prioritizing, assigning, resolving and communicating project issues. Ensuring that changes are identified, documented, managed and integrated into plans is critical. This may change based on operational needs.*Responsibilities include:*· Manage projects related to technology, process improvement and automation and product rollout for Advocis, its subsidiaries and its partners· Manage project documentation· Coordinate vendor and supplier product inputs to projects· Improve the project management function within the organization· Improve tools, skills and training on project participation· Monitor progress inputs of the status of the plan and budget and report updates to all parties.· Provide reports to project stakeholders and champions.*Knowledge/Skills Required:*The project manager is responsible for managing multiple projects within different timelines while working with different aspects of the organization, staff and volunteer communities.*Skills*· PMP designation is required for this role· Experience in Asana or similar tools is highly recommended· Proficient in standard Microsoft Office suite· Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills are required· Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail· Proactive and enthusiastic, self-starter· Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure· Experience in not for profit and/or financial services sectors is an asset· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team*Education*· PMP certification in good standing is required· Bachelor degree in related field is required*To Apply:*Interested qualified applicants should e-mail their cover letter and resume to resume@advocis.ca_We are committed to inclusive and accessible employment practices.
