Raise The Standard
Raise The Standard, a brand built on resilience and unity, is seeking a talented Photographer/Videographer with a minimum of 6 years of experience in both photography and videography, including editing photos and films. This role is ideal for a creative professional with a strong eye for detail, technical expertise, and a passion for crafting impactful visual content. You will work closely with our team to capture and produce high-quality media that aligns with our mission and engages our growing audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Photo & Video Capture: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos for various projects, including marketing campaigns, product promotions, and events.
- Editing Mastery: Use software like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom to create polished content that adheres to brand guidelines.
- Storytelling Through Visuals: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling visual narratives that resonate with our audience.
- Post-Production: Handle advanced editing, including color grading, sound design, and visual effects for video content; retouch and optimize photos for digital platforms.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure all visual content aligns with Raise The Standard’s vision, maintaining consistency in tone, style, and quality.
- Content Planning: Contribute to the conceptualization of photo and video projects, assisting with storyboarding, shot lists, and script development.
- Innovation: Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and tools to continuously improve content quality and efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing and sales teams to create content that supports brand growth and promotional efforts.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 6 years of professional experience in photography, videography, and editing.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise with photo and video editing software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom) and Final Cut Pro.
- Creative Vision: Strong ability to tell stories through visuals, with a keen eye for detail and composition.
- Time Management: Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Equipment Knowledge: Proficiency in operating professional cameras, lighting setups, and other relevant equipment.
- Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing a range of professional photography and videography work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with social media trends and content optimization.
- Experience in marketing or brand-building environments.
- Background in storytelling, journalism, or related fields.
