We are seeking an experienced and dynamic *Project Manager* to join our team on a part-time, project-based basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive enterprise experience, particularly within financials, and possess exceptional communication skills. You will be adept at jumping into client calls, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring quality assurance (QA) throughout the project lifecycle.*Key Responsibilities:** Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.* Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.* Conduct regular client calls to provide project updates and gather requirements.* Perform QA activities to ensure deliverables meet the highest quality standards.* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation.* Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.* Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.*Qualifications:** Proven enterprise experience, ideally within the financial sector.* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.* Ability to effectively participate in and lead client calls.* Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.* Experience in quality assurance (QA) processes and practices.* Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.* Proficiency with project management tools and software.*Preferred Qualifications:** Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).* Experience with agile methodologies.* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.**NOTE: this is very part time based on project work.
