Spartan Response is actively recruiting for a full-timeAs an industry leader in the emergency spill response, confined space and industrial cleaning sector, we continue to experience rapid growth due to our focus on client satisfaction, transparency and service excellence.This position plays a key role in the overall organization of our day-to-day field operations. As the centralized technical coordinator, this role is responsible for confirming and scheduling all requirements related to the successful project execution on client worksites. There will be an expectation to perform site visits and possible field response support. This role also supports new business opportunities with a high level of engagement with clients and leads (prospects) for requests for commercial proposals and providing support to formal bids & tender submissions.The successful candidate brings a strong skillset to manage multiple priorities/project details, team collaboration, client relations and communications skills.This position is based out of our Hamilton office, and reports to the General Manager with strong alignment/day-to-day coordination with our operations & field response teams. We offer a rewarding team focused environment, support for continual professional development and growth opportunities.*Position Responsibilities.** *Job planning/scheduling*: Lead project management role in assessing all incoming job requests from new and existing clients. Confirm and plan all job-related details (e.g., Allocation of staff, equipment, PPE, fleet, subcontractors, suppliers etc.) to align with client and operational requirements for seamless execution.* *Client relations:* Communicates directly with clients to coordinate, plan and schedule jobs. Ensures requirements for project execution including invoicing/billing (proposals, purchase orders, etc.) are documented and approved. Supports client relations to ensure jobs and teams are performing well.* *Operations support*: Ensures critical information for all scheduled projects is communicated to the assigned field operations team through detailed Job Activation Forms (e.g., client contacts, health & safety, security passes, orientations, PPE, safety data sheets (SDS), equipment etc).* *Assists in the coordination *of job-specific activities & documentation (eg., Permits, waste manifests, sourcing waste receivers, rental equipment, sub-contractors, etc.)* *Business Development*: Responds to incoming requests for proposals from existing clients and leads. Drafts professional proposals for internal review & proactively follows up on opportunities to track win/loss. Supports bids & tender submissions as required.* *Administration :* Updates all project-related administration systems to track, file and report on all client job activity and progress (Proposals, Projects, CRM, Client Folders).* *Industry Partnerships*: Participates in industry events related to Spartan?s core memberships, industry certifications (CERCA, RDC, ERAC, CAER).* *Participates in Field Response* support as required for Spartan various services lines. (Site Visits, Confined Space, Industrial, Emergency Response).*Qualifications & Skills.** 2-4 years of hands-on experience with scheduling and project management responsibilities.* 2-4 years of demonstrated work experience in operations & business development.* Ability to analyze, plan, organize and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.* Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to prioritize by accessing situations to determine urgency* Solid technical writing skills with the ability to create professional proposals, quotes, reports, bid submissions that align with client requirements.* Strong communication skills (oral and written).* Ability to foster strong client & vendor relationship building skills.* Independent work ethic with the ability to collaborate & problem solve effectively.* Ability to work under t
