A2O Entertainment is a Global Culture and Technology Enterprise led by Producer Soo Man Lee, the founder of K-Pop (SM Entertainment).

Our organization is hiring a Kpop Talent Training Coordinator with experience in scheduling, coordinating and managing the training schedules for our musicians, artists, singers and for various roles. We are looking for a training coordinator who is a strong self-motivator, is detailed-oriented, and is committed the development of our trainees through various training programs. You will coordinate every part of the trainee training process, including scheduling, reviewing training plans and auditions, coordinating callbacks, and managing the trainee’s schedules. If you’re a team player with a knack for matching acting talent to the right role, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit a variety of video content for social media, including vlogs, performance videos, and shorts.
  • Perform post-production editing to ensure polished, high-quality outputs.
  • Manage and organize high-resolution video footage and media assets.
  • Transform raw footage into compelling finished projects that align with the company’s vision.
  • Stay updated on current trends in digital media, music, and entertainment to create culturally relevant content.

Requirements:

  • Bi-lingual in either English and Korean/Mandarin preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Strong understanding of video requirements and formats for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and timing, with the ability to craft engaging narratives through editing.
  • Knowledge and experience with cinema camera operations and videography.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, compositing, and visual effects to enhance video quality.
  • Passion for the music entertainment industry and awareness of its evolving trends.
