Video & Content Coordinator / Production Assistant

Your duties will include:

• Daily review of social media platforms
• Engaging posts – preferably scheduled in advance
• Comments on company social media platforms: IG, twitter/x, tubesites
• Editing or supervising editing orders, control and track all post production (photoshopping, trailer cutting, master video editing, cataloging, scheduling, etc.)
• Video/photo content (preferably in house editing)
• Scheduling content
• Organizing dates, titles, usernames, platforms, links, and description on calendars or content scheduling/organizing apps
• Require scheduled daily updates on various platforms including video content for subscription platforms/pay per view platforms
• Organizing hard drives/masters/paperwork/icloud/backups/ftp client manager and tracking deliveries/deliverables to other parties
• Discreet and professional communication with artists/collaborators
• Create and promote marketing campaigns with start to finish see through (create/post/track analytics)
• Tech upgrading as needed. (researching including new widgets, gadgets, apps, services)
• Talent, contractor coordination, production set up-break down
• Content cataloging on icloud/hard drives/contracts/model release forms/IDs
• Coordinating with editing team to fulfill deadlines
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms

Photo editing needs:

• Color correction and spot treatment
• Light balancing
• Cropping/Resizing/Reformatting
• Watermarking
• 2-3 videos per week
• 1min trailer version, full version edited 15-30min, dvd/movie version 45min including intros, editing of behind the scenes footage/gif creation
• Communicate regularly with photographer/videographer and other vendors in regards to specific needs and delivery of content
• Editing content that can be used for Youtube and social media promotion (non explicit)

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

• Basic video editing skills to create compelling multimedia content
• Proficient in proofreading to ensure accurate and error-free content
• Experience using social media management tools like Hootsuite or similar
• Must have proficient knowledge of all social media app
• Understanding of public relations principles to maintain a positive brand image
• Schedule management, product/merchandise handling
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the day-to-day work flow

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
