Job Summary
The Marketing Element is searching for a talented Videographer & Multimedia Editor with a creative eye and passion for storytelling to join our team exclusively and grow alongside us. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content and transforming it into engaging visual narratives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production, editing, and post-production processes.

Duties

  • Videography: Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content, ensuring compelling visuals that align with client goals.
  • Editing: Perform advanced video and audio editing, including transitions, effects, sound mixing, color correction, and optimization for various platforms.
  • Creative Storytelling: Conceptualize and execute visually engaging and cohesive stories across video projects.
  • AI Integration: Utilize AI tools to enhance video editing, streamline processes, and generate unique, creative content.
  • Graphics Design: Design and incorporate graphics, animations, and typography to elevate video projects when needed.
  • Sound Design: Add and edit sound effects, music, and audio enhancements to enrich the overall viewer experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team and clients to ensure a unified vision, delivering exceptional results on time. Maintain organized project files and archives for easy access and retrieval.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continually improve video production quality.

Skills

  • Proven experience in videography and post-production with a keen eye for detail (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
  • Strong knowledge of audio editing, sound effects, and music integration.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for video editing and creative applications (e.g., Runway, Descript, etc.)
  • Ability to create compelling motion graphics that enhance storytelling.
  • Familiarity with post-production workflows and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
