Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking for photographers who love to have conversations with clients, build relationships, and have fun while capturing top notch real estate photos & videos with a camera in-hand. Our ideal candidate won’t mind driving all around town, as this role will require about 30-70 miles of travel per day to various sites in their area. This is a part-time (15-30 hours per week) hourly OR per job, non-exempt position with the opportunity to turn into a full-time position as we continue to grow. Hours will vary with seasonality. Limited Saturday and evening availability may be required to accommodate clients.

What we require:

• Great at talking to clients & building relationships
• At least 1-2 years of experience in photo or video
• At least 1 years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Detail obsessed: can you get the perfect shot?
• Professional & dependable: Communicate with team and agents timely and professionally
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid state driver’s license

Bonus points for:

• Gimbal experience: using a 3-axis Gimbal to shoot stabilized video content
• Being great at video: this includes both directing and working with the agent on-camera, and also the shots of the home itself.
• You are FAA part 107 drone license certified
• Wedding videography experience

A day in the life:

• Strengthen client relationships by connecting with the real estate agents & homeowners at photo shoots and having great conversations
• Oversee all real estate media solutions from start to finish including photo, video, drone, 3D services, and floorplans
• Ensure a consistent visual style and brand identity throughout all completed projects
• Communicate vision and expectations to clients on-site and remotely
• Maintain responsive and consistent communication with our team and clients
• Maintain calendar accuracy for time-tracking purposes and consistency
• Travel to and from scheduled shoots in a timely manner while driving safely
• Communicate any applicable field notes to respective team members
• Operate effectively within a team environment and individually
