CREATIVE SPECIALIST JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re seeking a Creative Specialist with an eye for detail, strong client relationship skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm for storytelling through visuals, a drive to learn, and a dedication to helping our clients succeed.

WORK HOURS & BENEFITS

• Position Type: Full-time, hourly W2
• Compensation: $18/hour, with opportunities to tier up to $23/hour based on performance metrics (KPIs)
• Starting Rate Adjustment: $19/hour for candidates with a Part 107 Drone Pilot Certification
• Supplemental Benefits: Gas card and quarterly oil changes provided
• Equipment Provided: All necessary photography/videography gear supplied
• Travel Radius: Shoots are typically within two hours of San Antonio, TX (78233). New Braunfels applicants are encouraged to apply.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You are:

• A Creative Specialist with experience in photography, videography, and drone operation.
• A Client-Centric Professional with a positive attitude and exceptional communication skills.
• Detail-Oriented and precise in capturing and editing visual content.
• Growth-Oriented, eager to learn and refine your skills through feedback and collaboration.
• Reliable, with a Valid Driver’s License and dependable transportation for travel.
• Experienced, with at least 2-3 years in a creative role or freelance media production.

BONUS POINTS

• Part 107 Drone Pilot Certification
• Proficiency with DSLR cameras, lenses, and 3-axis gimbals
• Experience in real estate, marketing, or personal branding projects
• Knowledge of advanced lighting, flash photography, and portrait setups

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Moving between locations and adjusting objects up to 50 pounds
• Operating cameras, gimbals, and other equipment
• Repeating arm, wrist, and finger motions
• Standing for extended periods
• Driving to worksites

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

• Do you have your Part 107 FAA Drone Certification? If no, are you willing to acquire it?
• Are you available to work Monday – Friday from 9 am to 5 pm CST without any scheduling conflicts? Part time work is also available.
