Videographer | Corporate Communications Department

Are you passionate about women’s health? Hologic is seeking a videographer to join its Corporate Communications Department. The successful candidate will join a highly collaborative team and play an integral role in elevating the Hologic brand both internally and externally.

Position Duties and Responsibilities

• Produce and shoot video for a wide variety of communications needs including media, social media, internal communications, executive interviews and corporate events.
• Create engaging video motion graphics, digital designs and high-quality infographics consistent with brand guidelines.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the final product matches the approved vision.
• Take complex topics and present them through visual storytelling and offer suggestions that enhance the viewers’ ability to engage with the content.
• Maintain and manage video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, microphones, and editing software. Ensure all equipment is in working order and recommend upgrades or new purchases as needed.
• Identify key themes and topics for video production that align with corporate communication goals and contribute to the overall content strategy.
• Assist in planning content calendars for video and photo projects to ensure timely delivery and relevance to current initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze video performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improving engagement and reach.
• Responsible for the management and organization of the department’s video and photography library.
• Collaborate with project teams across the organization to ensure current videos and photos are in the company asset library and Digital Asset Management system meet regulatory and commercial requirements.

Essential Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience creating and editing photo/video/digital/multi-media/motion graphic content projects across multiple workstreams, including on-site videography and photography. Corporate experience a plus.
• Ability to work on multiple complex projects concurrently, take and follow feedback while maintaining a creative eye.
• Advanced user of Adobe Creative Cloud, including PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro. Experience using project management software (Trello, preferred)
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively to deal effortlessly with shifting priorities and assignments.
• Highly collaborative, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Location

This position will be based in Marlborough, MA or San Diego, CA. Travel to Hologic locations, meetings and other events is required. Hologic offers a flexible work environment, including hybrid/remote work.

The annualized base salary range for this role is $80,500 – $126,000 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
