Overview
Cura Ad Marketing Group is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Videographer/Content Creator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is an expert in operating DSLR camera equipment, managing video files, and crafting visually stunning content through Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong emphasis on Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop for video and photo editing. The candidate should also stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the field of videography, content creation, and digital marketing to ensure our content remains fresh and engaging. They should excel in creating video content for various aspect ratios tailored to platforms such as social media ads, organic posts, and streaming platform commercials. This role is in person (not remote or hybrid) and requires someone who thrives in a collaborative team environment, is comfortable traveling locally to various locations, and communicates effectively to capture the content needed

Responsibilities

  • Videography: Operate DSLR camera equipment seamlessly to capture high-quality video and photography content.
  • Video Production: Handle end-to-end video production, including shooting, editing, color grading, and sound design, to create impactful content.
  • File Management: Organize and manage video files efficiently for easy access and collaboration.
  • Aspect Ratios Expertise: Shoot and produce video content optimized for different aspect ratios (e.g., 9:16 for Instagram Stories/Reels, 1:1 for social media posts, and 16:9 for streaming commercials).
  • Adobe Creative Suite Expertise: Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop for video editing, motion graphics, photo editing, and post-production tasks.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends in videography, video editing, content creation, and digital marketing to ensure the content aligns with current industry standards and audience expectations.
  • On-Site Content Creation: Travel to various local locations to capture content, ensuring all footage aligns with project objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and bring compelling narratives to life.
  • Communication: Interact confidently and professionally with individuals on-site to obtain the necessary footage and ensure smooth production.
  • Creative Input: Bring fresh ideas to the table to elevate the quality and appeal of video content.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in videography with advanced knowledge of DSLR camera equipment and video production workflows.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop (experience with motion graphics, color grading, and photo editing is highly preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to shoot and optimize content for various aspect ratios and platform-specific requirements.
  • Familiarity with photography techniques and editing is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills for video file management.
  • Proficiency in English, with strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with on-camera talent and team members.
  • A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to contribute ideas and adapt to team dynamics.
  • Comfort with traveling locally for on-site shoots (driver’s license required).
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to producing polished, professional content.
  • Must stay current with industry trends and innovations in videography and digital marketing.
  • Must be available for in-person work; remote or hybrid schedules will not be considered.

Pay: $49,751.00 – $54,581.00 per year
