Job Overview:
Guest Getter is on a mission to help 500 restaurant owners make more money, have more freedom, and make a bigger impact in their community. We do this by serving as their growth partner—providing world-class digital marketing systems and services.

This role also offers flexibility and growth potential, with the opportunity to evolve into a full-time position as an Account Manager / Client Success Partner.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with restaurant clients to understand their needs and set expectations.
- Send simple expectation emails in advance to clients.
- Generate creative photo and video ideas tailored to each client’s brand and marketing goals.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos.
- Ensure efficient turnaround of media, meeting deadlines consistently.
- Edit and prepare media for digital use, including websites, social media, and digital ads.
- Coordinate with clients to schedule shoots and ensure minimal disruption to their operations.
- Maintain a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for capturing compelling content.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in photography and videography, ideally with both professional cameras and iPhones.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to generate creative and original content ideas.
- Efficient and organized, with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail.
- Flexibility to set your hours and coordinate with clients for shoots.
- Interest in and potential for growth into an Account Manager / Client Success Partner role.
How to Apply:
If you are a creative, personable, and proactive Photographer / Videographer looking for a flexible role with the opportunity to work with diverse restaurant clients and grow into a full-time position, we would love to hear from you.
