We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Photographer/Videographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in photography & video production and post-production, with a keen eye for storytelling through visual media. This role requires proficiency in various editing software and an understanding of social media trends to effectively engage audiences. This person will be responsible for producing high-quality photo’s & video content that aligns with our brand’s vision and goals. Additional responsibilities to the teams ISA Department.

Duties

  • Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop video content for various platforms.
  • Operate cameras and other equipment to capture high-quality footage for projects.
  • Edit raw footage using software such as Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro, ensuring a polished final product.
  • Manage all aspects of video production, including pre-production planning, shooting schedules, and post-production editing.
  • Implement art direction principles and color theory to enhance the visual appeal of videos.
  • Conduct photography sessions as needed to complement video projects.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in videography and social media management.
  • Assist in the creation of promotional materials that leverage video content for marketing purposes.

Experience

  • Proven experience in videography and video production, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
  • Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro is essential.
  • Familiarity with post-production processes, including color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
  • Experience in social media management is a plus, with an understanding of how to optimize video content for various platforms.
  • Knowledge of photography techniques is beneficial, enhancing the ability to create compelling visual narratives.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment are essential for success in this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Compensation Package:

  • Hourly pay

  • Monday to Friday
  • No nights
  • Weekends as needed

  • Driver’s License (Required)

Ability to Commute:

Ability to Relocate:
