Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and versatile VFX Artist & Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating stunning visual effects, video editing, and professional-grade color grading. You will play a key role in producing high-quality, visually striking content for a variety of projects, including advertisements, short films, and digital media campaigns.

Key ResponsibilitiesVisual Effects (VFX):

• Create and integrate realistic or stylized visual effects into video content, such as motion graphics, particle effects, and CGI elements.
• Design and execute effects such as fire, smoke, explosions, or environment enhancements.
• Seamlessly blend live-action footage with digital elements using compositing techniques.

Video Editing:

• Edit raw footage into polished video content, ensuring narrative flow and pacing align with the creative vision.
• Add transitions, sound effects, and music to enhance viewer engagement.
• Optimize videos for various platforms (social media, web, or broadcast).

Color Grading:

• Enhance the visual tone and mood of videos through advanced color correction and grading techniques.
• Ensure consistent color palettes and aesthetics across projects.
• Match footage color between different scenes or shots for continuity.

Collaboration and Feedback:

• Work closely with directors, producers, and other team members to understand project requirements.
• Incorporate feedback from clients or creative leads to refine visual elements.

Technical and Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain an organized workflow, including proper file management and versioning.
• Ensure deliverables meet technical specifications and deadlines.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in VFX and video editing.

RequirementsTechnical Skills:

• Proficiency in VFX software such as Adobe After Effects, Houdini, or Nuke.
• Expertise in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Advanced skills in color grading using DaVinci Resolve or similar tools.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling and animation software (e.g., Blender, Maya) is a plus.

Creative Abilities:

• Strong artistic vision and storytelling ability.
• Attention to detail and an eye for color, composition, and motion.
• Ability to design visually cohesive and aesthetically pleasing videos.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in VFX, video editing, and color grading.
• A portfolio or showreel showcasing relevant work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5,000.00 – QAR7,000.00 per month
