Videographer Job Opportunity:
Part-Time Videographer for TX Youth Sports
Are you a college student with a passion for videography and editing? TX Youth Sports is seeking a skilled and creative videographer to capture and edit a training video that will serve as an essential resource for our new Youth Instructors. This is a part-time position perfect for students with availability after 2:00 PM.
Position: Videographer (Part-Time)Schedule: After 2:00 PM, flexible hoursLocation: Various school sites (local travel required)Pay: Competitive hourly rate
Role Overview:As our videographer, you will document the daily responsibilities of a Youth Instructor, creating a step-by-step visual guide to be used in training sessions. Your footage will illustrate each critical procedure, including:
- Checking in at the school and with supervisors
- Recording student attendance
- Initiating class with warm-ups and basic instruction
- Managing the end-of-class routine, including equipment clean-up
- Lining up students and guiding them to the front of the school for dismissal
After filming, you’ll edit the footage to produce a polished, instructional video that is clear, comprehensive, and engaging for new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Film each part of a Youth Instructor’s workday to capture essential steps and procedures
- Edit and compile footage into a coherent training video with clear instructional value
- Deliver the final edited video by the agreed-upon deadlines
Requirements:
- College student with some experience or coursework in videography or digital media
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
- Ability to focus on detail and sequence when capturing procedures
- Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Must have transportation to travel to different school sites as needed
- Must have cell phone
