We are looking for an experienced Videographer and Storyline Creator who can capture, edit, and produce engaging content for social media, YouTube, and press releases.

Job Description: The Videographer and Storyline Creator will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content at various property locations, crafting compelling stories, and editing videos for marketing distribution. This role requires travel and close collaboration with agents and the marketing team. The ideal candidate will be proficient with the latest technology, including drones and advanced cameras, and have experience coordinating with external creative teams to produce outstanding visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Videography: Film high-quality video content of properties, client interactions, and events using Canon cameras, drones, and advanced equipment such as FVN and FPN cameras.
• Drone Operation: Use drones to capture unique aerial footage and panoramic shots of properties, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Storyline Creation: Develop creative concepts and visual narratives that effectively showcase luxury properties for social media, YouTube, and press release content.
• Editing: Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, and other relevant software to edit and enhance video content.
• Photography: Capture professional-grade still images as needed for marketing materials.
• Collaboration: Partner with agents and the marketing team to plan and execute video shoots that align with marketing goals.
• Outsourcing: Identify, coordinate, and manage external video designers and production teams for larger projects and on-site collaboration.
• Technology Utilization: Stay updated with and incorporate the latest video technologies and camera systems to produce cutting-edge content.
• Content Strategy: Ensure that all video content aligns with current marketing strategies and meets brand standards.
• Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, maintaining deadlines and quality standards.
• Travel: Travel to various property locations and events as needed to capture necessary footage.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in videography, video editing, and content production; experience in real estate or luxury branding preferred.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, and operation of Canon, FVN, and FPN camera systems.
• Drone Experience: Proven experience in drone operation with up-to-date licensing (if applicable).
• Storytelling Ability: Strong creative vision with the ability to develop engaging and dynamic visual stories.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality output.
• Team Player: Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with agents and marketing teams.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to different locations and shooting schedules.
• Outsourcing Management: Experience coordinating with and managing external creative teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Background in luxury real estate marketing.
• Familiarity with current social media video trends and strategies.
• Experience with additional video technologies and techniques, such as 360-degree video capture.
