About Us: StudioCLI is a leading real estate media company specializing in high end residential real estate and content creation. We are seeking a talented and creative Real Estate Media Professional to join our growing team.
Job Description:
Position Overview: This position will start Part-Time and transition to Full-Time within a few months. The initial months will be for training and assistance on productions. As a Real Estate Media Pro, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content to showcase our client’s properties as well and film in-studio content for our members. This will include photography, videography, virtual tours, drone and more. StudioCLI will supply all of the equipment and training needed to ensure your success. This position is very diverse, fast-paced and evolving as we continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Photography and Videography: Capture stunning images and videos of properties, ensuring they are well-lit and showcase the property’s best features.
- Drone Operation: Operate drones to capture aerial footage and images of properties, when applicable. MUST be Part 107 Certified.
- Virtual Tours: Create virtual tours or 360-degree videos to provide immersive property experiences for online viewers.
- Studio: Direct and film batch content in studio. The majority of content will be real estate based and it would be very helpful to have an understanding of the real estate industry.
- Podcasts: You will need to set up and record podcasts, both audio and video. We have several sets available to our clients to use and it will be your job to get them ready to record in the set of their choosing.
Qualifications:
- No degree required.
- Proven experience in real estate media, photography, videography, or a related field.
- Proficiency in photography and video editing software preferred (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro).
- Familiarity with drone operation and FAA regulations (Must be certified or willing to be quickly).
- STRONG communication skills.
- Knowledge of real estate industry trends and marketing strategies.
- Excellent attention to detail and a creative eye.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Must have a newer smart phone (preferably iPhone 13 or newer).
- Must have access to a computer.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
