Videographer & Social Media Marketer (Part-Time)

About Us: At Get Skillz, LLC we are passionate about helping athletes of all skill levels and ages improve their basketball performance through private and small group training. Our mission is to provide top-tier coaching, inspire growth, and make training an enjoyable experience. We are looking for a talented Videographer and Social Media Marketer to capture the action, showcase our talent, and tell our story across social media platforms.

Role Overview: We’re seeking a creative and driven who can come into our basketball gym, capture dynamic photos and videos of our training sessions, edit the content, and post it across our social media channels. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for sports, storytelling, and creating content that drives engagement.

This is a hybrid role. Some days will consist of shooting content in our gym, though editing and posting can be done remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend in-person training sessions and take high-quality photos and videos that showcase our athletes in action.
• Edit footage to create engaging short-form and long-form content.
• Post and manage our social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Send out promotional and personalized emails as needed using our MindBody software.
• Help grow our online community by engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages when necessary.
• Collaborate with our team to brainstorm and execute content ideas that align with our marketing goals and client needs.

Requirements:

• Experience with Facebook marketing (MetaBusinessSuite, MetaPixel, GoogleAds)
• Experience in videography, photography, and social media marketing
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook)
• Strong creativity and attention to detail.
• A passion for basketball and sports culture is a huge bonus!

Job Type: Part-Time

Compensation: Hourly; $20-25/Hr. ; Hours are very flexible.
