Marketing Manager

RugSpa & Co is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team in Winston-Salem/Greensboro, NC. This is a part-time position/ possible full time. Manage social media and make custom videos and pictures for social media. we have high tech cameras and drones as needed to full-fill this job. You would have your on office space to edit videos and pictures. We’re looking to grow our online presence, and we need a creative, motivated, and skilled individual to help us reach our audience across various social media platforms. This role will be key in bringing our brand’s voice to life through engaging content and videos.

Job Description:

We’re seeking a talented Social Media Content Creator & Video Editor who can plan, create, and edit content for our social media channels and YouTube. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, knowledge of current social media trends, and experience in creating high-quality videos.

Responsibilities:

• Video Editing: Edit and produce videos for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Content Creation: Develop creative and visually appealing content that aligns with our brand and engages our target audience.
• Platform-Specific Knowledge: Adapt videos and content to each platform’s best practices, optimizing for each channel’s audience.
• Content Strategy: Work with our team to brainstorm, plan, and schedule content ideas that align with our business goals.
• Engagement: Monitor and engage with our social media community, responding to comments and messages.
• Analytics: Track and analyze the performance of content to understand what resonates with our audience and make improvements

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 60 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
