Social Media Videographer

Position Title: Social Media Videographer

Reports To: Creative Director

Summary:

We are looking for a creative and talented full-time Videographer to assist our CJRW team in capturing and editing engaging vertical video and short-form content for social media. This role will primarily focus on shooting content to effectively market our clients’ brands and offerings. You will work closely with our social media team to develop creative concepts and execute video projects from start to finish. This position will require frequent travel across the state of Arkansas with occasional assignments on the weekend, as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality video footage and photography of outdoor locations and activities, businesses related to tourism around Arkansas, and people experiencing tourism activities around the state.
• Conceptualize and execute creative video concepts that align with our clients’ brand and marketing goals.
• Collaborate closely with creative and other teams across the agency to achieve cohesive brand messaging.
• Shoot, edit, color correct and archive footage.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve video quality and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in videography and video editing is required.
• Excellent attention to detail and an eye for visual aesthetics. Your expertise in camera operation, lighting, sound, and post-production will be essential in delivering polished and professional videos that meet our brand standards.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute creative video concepts that align with our clients’ brand and marketing goals.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements.
• A passion for videography and social media.
• Willingness to continuously learn and improve skills to stay up-to-date with the latest video production technologies and techniques.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

• Little Rock Office (Travel Required)
