Social Media Creative Videographer

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Concept Development: Lead the brainstorming and development of creative video concepts tailored to each client’s needs, from diverse industries.

• Photoshoot/Video Shoot Planning: Organise and plan shoots, including locations, themes, and resources. Ensure that every shoot is well thought-out and aligns with the client’s brand.
• Creative Directing: Be the driving force during shoots, guiding the team and talent to execute your vision.
• Trend Savvy: Stay on top of social media trends, hype, and viral content. Incorporate trending ideas, music, and formats into client projects for maximum impact.
• Social Media-First Approach: Understand what works on various platforms like Instagram, Facebook and TikTok creating content optimised for each.
• Post-Production: Collaborate with editors (or edit yourself) to create polished final products that wow clients and their audiences.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their goals, explain creative concepts, and deliver results that exceed expectations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a videographer with a portfolio of creative work. (Juniors are also welcome)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
• Excellent planning, organisational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Passionate about storytelling and creating visually engaging content.
• Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Bonus: Experience with photography and/or motion graphics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,040.63 – $100,412.64 per year
