Position Overview

We are looking for a talented creative photographer/videographer who has more fun taking photos and videos rather than editing, filtering, managing, and anything else that isn’t creative.

Work Hours

This will start as a Part-Time (non-exempt) position anywhere from 10-25 hours a week. The work time will be between the hours of 8:30 am-4:00 pm. (You will not be starting at full days, but there will be advancement opportunities)

Proposed Requirements

• Real Estate photography/videography experience (preferred, but not required)
• Being punctual to every photo/video shoot
• Having video experience is a big advantage
• Having great customer service skills with clients
• Being creative. Whether it’s through photos or video, having an open creative field of vision is great!
• Software knowledge of DropBox, Gmail, Lightroom, and any similar software

Proposed Qualifications

• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and engage effectively with various audiences.
• Experience in Videography is a huge plus: creating tour of properties as well as social media branding videos
• Project Management Skills: Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Teamwork and Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and the ability to build relationships with clients, team members, and external partners.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage frequent updates in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Software: DropBox, Gmail, Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, ETC
• Creativity and Innovation: A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
• Transportation: This position requires driving to each property. Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license is required. Driving radius will be 35 miles+ from your home, but will vary based on scheduled appointments.
