Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals for various wedding professional positions. These roles are essential in creating memorable experiences for couples on their special day. Duties

  • Collaborate with additional vendors to ensure smooth interactions
  • Collaborate with couples to customize their wedding/event to reflect their values, beliefs, and vision
  • Be open to the details of their event, yet provide adequate professional suggestions and education on realistic time frames and flows.
  • Maintain professionalism and respect for diverse backgrounds and beliefs.
  • Fast response time / allow for unlimited communication.
  • Utilize CRM Honeybook when applicable to communicate with couples
  • Check in with Time tree for scheduling details.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Must be able to provide proof of Ordained Status
  • Must provide proof of insurance. Either continuous coverage, or coverage per event. *Officiants are suggested to obtain E&O insurance, but not required.
  • State Licence for Board of Cosmetology – Follow State board regulations
  • State License for Board of Massage – Follow State board regulations
  • Provide years in service, portfolios, a reference to client reviews

Skills

  • Excellent public speaking skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate and effectively connect with clients on a personal level.
  • Strong consultation skills to adequately communicate that you and client are in understanding of expectations vs realities.
  • Creativity in curating unique and memorable events based on the requests of the clients.
  • Knowledge of marital laws and regulations relevant to jurisdiction.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Ability to learn and utilize HoneyBook CRM for organized communication, when applicable.
  • Respect of diversity of clientele, including, but not limited to; Race, creed, sexual orientation, pronoun request, faith, nationality, partner preference.

Need to Knows

  • Contractors will be hired as On Call. You will be included in a provider pool, when event is secured, you will receive a message within your category and whoever is available will be booked service. *Unless there is a request from a client*
  • Each provider will be responsible for conducting themselves in a professional manner when engaging at any hired event. At the time of performing the event, you will be under the brand, Taking You Through To The I Do.

Pay Rates

  • Commission Based *will be paid out day of service
  • Travel and/or Lodging will be calculated and paid out at 100%
  • Lodging will be paid in advance to go towards booking accommodations
  • Referral Bonuses
  • Holiday up charge, paid at 100%
  • Cancellation Pay Out

Location

  • All travel rates/lodging rates are based out of Marietta, 30008
  • Must have reliable transportation, and be willing to travel
  • Areas covered: Included, but not limited to; *Atlanta *North GA *Eastern GA Coast *West GA *The Carolina’s *Tennessee *Alabama

Wedding Cycle

PEAK MONTHS:

  • March – May
  • September -November *October being GA’s busiest month

ENGAGEMENT SEASON:

  • November – February

SLOWEST MONTHS:

  • May – August

Hiring Timeline:

  • Phone interviews will be completed in December
  • Scheduled in person interviews will be held in January
  • Accepted applicants will on board in January and February
