Full job description

Our Growing Real Estate Photography and FloorPlan Company is currently looking to add a Real Estate Videographer that would service multiple jobs and clients and supplement our staff photographers that do not have videography skills or experience.

As a Real Estate Videographer, you will be responsible for providing a series of creative, high quality, video clips of the home and possibly other areas, as well as optional Drone Video for Residential and Commercial Properties. A walkthrough for social media could also be a product option. Lets discuss what you can do. No editing of the video is required as we use our centralized production team to edit the video.

You will be paid a fee for each job completed and produced, which varies based on the type of video created. Our minimum fee you can make for a video starts at around $150 for the raw content created, which you upload, and we edit. You are responsible for your own travel and other expenses. You may need to visit the property at or around the same time as the regular photo shoot, so flexibility is desired. If you also have photography skills, that is a plus, and you can also be a regular staff photographer, but our main goal in this role is enabling any job to also have an opportunity to upsell to add on a custom video.

A part 107 drone license is highly desired in case you need to incorporate aerial media. If you do not have one, we request you obtain the license within 1 month. Our recommended training program is remotepilot101.com – we have had several people use this course and pass the test within 1 week of starting the process.

  • gimbal and/or slider
  • Wide Angle Lens for equivalent of 10 to 16 mm

  • Computer with Internet access

If you are also doing photography work, other equipment will be needed, such as a Theta Ricoh Z1 360 camera. You must have all of the items above (or be willing to procure them) to be considered for this position.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong time management, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
  • Flexible Schedule to work during normal business hours with some later nights a possibility
