As a leader in Sales Consulting, Guided Growth is searching for innovative Video Editors to join our team and help us shape the future of content creation. As a leader in sales consulting and business growth education, Guided Growth is dedicated to empowering business owners through impactful short- and long-form content. Led by our founder, Usman, Guided Growth is on a mission to redefine content in the business world.

What We Are Looking For

We are in search of a Long-Form Video Editor who is passionate about their craft and fully aligned with our mission to provide excellence in every piece of content. At Guided Growth, video editing is an art form, and we’re looking for creative individuals who bring fresh ideas and innovation to our editing team.

Although Usman has a small channel, we are investing over £1,000,000 over the next year directly in our content, including building out content studios in London, and building a driven team to grow the channel into the millions. We are looking for editors who are excited to contribute to a high-performing team and continuously push boundaries.

Your Role

• Edit High-Quality Videos: Transform Usman’s raw footage into polished, high-impact videos that inspire and educate.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with our other editors to share knowledge, give feedback, and ensure our content meets Guided Growth’s high standards.
• Perfect Every Edit: We value quality over speed, so expect rounds of revisions to get each project just right.
• Innovate Daily: We’re driven by fresh ideas and continuous experimentation – your creativity and vision will keep our content on the cutting edge.

A relocation stipend will be offered to work directly in our content studios in London, plus a larger salary.
