Description
We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Videographer in Austin, Texas. The role involves capturing and editing visual content for multiple platforms. You will also collaborate with internal teams to manage and produce pieces for various events happening at a renowned University’s Business School.
Responsibilities:
Capturing, editing, and producing photos and videos for internal and external purposes.
Working with internal teams on video projects for the events.
Using technical skills to manipulate the settings of a broadcast to achieve the quality of images and video necessary.
Utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud skills for post-production tasks including reviewing footage, making editorial decisions, and mastering projects.
Creating rough and final cuts for the videos.
Working on multiple projects simultaneously, balancing time needs and scheduling.
Staying up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques.
Using Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Lightroom, and Adobe Photoshop for various stages of production.
Developing an understanding of different types of video content such as commercials and advertisements.
Capturing and editing digital content for use in various platforms, including social media and web.
Requirements
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud including Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Lightroom, and Adobe Photoshop
Experience in creating various types of video content such as advertisements, commercials, and digital videos
Knowledge of broadcasting principles and techniques
Ability to capture high-quality video footage
Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Creative thinker with the ability to bring innovative ideas to video projects
Understanding of digital video formats and codecs.
